French Food Fascination

The grace of French cuisine, the diet du jour, several sensory episodes, wine, chocolate mousse, cheese, and all mouth-watering French flavors hit at once. When one wonders about French cuisine, these are some of the facets that run through our minds. The fascination with French food and the culture that presumes around it are what make French dining so appealing to the people. Yet, when one thinks about the sensual delight of French cuisine and its effect no one would ever guess that the French cuisine, in all its brilliance, is due to the engenders such as authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and unforgettable taste.

How the French Eat

If you want to experience life as a French food lover when you’re in Fresno, California, the best way to do that is to have meals like them. Over and above, food is an integral part of daily life in France. Mealtimes are a little specific and usually early mornings for breakfast, 11:30 am to 1 pm for lunch, and 7:30 pm to 9 pm for dinner.

Breakfast

For breakfast, eat a croissant with butter and jam. In the French world coffee with milk is known as cafe au lait it. Conventionally, this type of coffee is not served from a mug. French people actually use small bowls to have their morning coffee. This may sound bizarre to you, but there’s an intellectual reason behind the serving method: it is recommended to dip the croissants into it. But, if you prefer a mug, that’s completely comprehensive.

Lunch

Unlike in America, lunch is a big meal in French cuisine. That’s the core reason why there’s a big break at lunchtime at almost every workplace. Sometimes even two hours. For lunch, people meet up, and order at restaurants. Whether you’d only like to have a salad, sandwich, or a three-course meal, it’s entirely up to you and your appetite.

Dinner

It does not matter how big lunch was, dinner is the ‘crème de la crème’ of all French food culture. They can be a social outing to a restaurant, or a home-cooked meal. Either way, it’s going to be perfect for dinner. Usually, French dinners include an entré, the main course, and a dessert. All paired with amazing French wine of course.

Best French Restaurants in Fresno

Had breakfast at the spot by the name of Mimi’s cafe unexpectedly yesterday, we both were glad, we discovered this French food paradise in Fresno. The whole experience right from entry to exit was commendable. The stylistic theme was quite unwinding, exceptionally perfect, and an astonishing cluster of cakes in plain view was amazing. The entire staff was amicable and proficient in their work. My better half dropped her knife during her feast and the server with her sharp ears quickly asked her from behind the counter which one she dropped so she could supplant it.

We had a Ham, Bacon, Cheese omelet filled in as a sandwich between a cushioned new and delicious croissant. It was all fresh, hot, and served quickly! My Wife had the strawberry crepe, she adored it and said this is the way by which they should be made. The custard filling was balanced in terms of flavor and made an even more delicious kind of crepe and the Strawberries were fresh. And of course, the best part was the mocha latte; it was super delicious and served in fancy cutlery. As a transfer from New York City, I am incredulous of and particular about my mocha latte and it was up to the mark too. My significant other and I were truly delighted with the quality mocha latte at Mimi’s French restaurant in Fresno, California. To be honest, my experience was amazing at Mimi’s café in Fresno. I will definitely love to visit this place over and over again to have the best French Food in Fresno.
